  • Dema Designs Shipping Guidance

    At Dema Designs, we are constantly striving to delight our customers with fine craftsmanship and excellent service. Our shipping policy does its best to reflect that aim. To that end, please allow 3 business days for your item to ship and an additional 2 - 3 business days for your item to be delivered for your enjoyment. If there are any delays in either part of the shipping process, we will e-mail you to let you know what you can expect for the next steps and the timing of the shipping process.     International Shipping

    For our wonderful international customers, our shipping is a flat fee of $50 via our courier partners. Please note that we are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged. The customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders.

    If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier, and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

  • Dema Designs Returns and Exchanges Policy

    At Dema Designs, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we hope you are thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your item(s).

    To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please email customercare@thedemadesigns.com with the following order information (date or order, order number, and original shipping address). The next step is receiving a Return Authorization Number, shipping label, and instructions on how to correctly package and ship your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within ten business days. Based on your financial institution's policies, refunds may take up to 7 additional business days to appear. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

    Exchanges are subject to availability. If your selection is unavailable, we will issue your refund once the return is processed. To exchange an item, please place a new order and then return the original item within 30 days per the above return instructions.
